Quick answers

• Make sure you’re logged in before joining a walk.
• If maps aren’t loading, check your connection and try again.
• Photos can be uploaded after a walk starts (for a limited time).

Account help

• Forgot password? Use the “Forgot your password?” link on the sign‑in screen.
• Didn’t get a verification email? Use “Resend verification email”.
